Your Interesting Mind

This is a new song by my 8 year old son. He wrote it and performs it here on his piano. I’m pretty proud of his writing abilities. As I record more stuff, I’ll put it out here for everyone’s enjoyment.

By the way, the CD (Leaf Yellow) that Andreas speaks of, is still in the recording stage. He’s actually written a total of 16 songs for the album, and recorded 2 songs so far. He has about 50 original songs under his belt. And a lot of them are pretty darn good.

Wow, that is one scarily talented child you have there. You’d better watch out or he’ll be out touring with the Jonas brothers and Miley before you know it. It looks like he’ll be a chick magnet too!

Andreas, I am a high school mate of your fathers and have been published as a songwriter. You appear to have a John Lennon style in this song which is good. Keep up the good work and don’t let anyone discourage you. You have a gift.

Wow! Andreas, your Dad showed your “Martha My Dear” video to a group of friends back in the fall of 2007. I was one of those people and I thought back then that you were very talented! This new work you’ve done is really amazing! You’re quite a writer ! I agree. You do indeed have a gift.In my opinion, there are people who learn music and then there are people who are born to music. I believe you are one who has been born into that beautiful world. I hope you continue to enjoy all which that world can offer you!

Actually, Alfredo was the one playing “Martha”. He is 12 now, and still playing (and writing). Thanks for these nice comments.
